ALa. 181- Baldwin County – Rezoning

Is the rezoning of the area along Ala. 181 just the tip of the iceberg? There are many pros and cons regarding this and as Commissioner Chris Elliot says, “”Commercial development generally follows residential and this is one of the issues Baldwin County will continue to face as we grow.” But isn’t the real issue how we grow and not that we just grow? The citizens of Baldwin County need a funded coalition that the County will listen to so that growth is properly planned taking in consideration existing residents and businesses.
