Two Alabama Women Involved in Major Tennessee Accident

Around 5 a.m. EDT, Maria Weathington, 81, and Judy Pollard, 57, passed away in a wreck approximately ten miles north of Cleveland, Tennessee on Interstate 75. The two Alabama residents were allegedly traveling for a trip to the Smoky Mountain region when Judy Pollard drifted off the left side of the road. Overcorrecting herself, she flipped her 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Both women died from the trauma of the rolling car. Our prayers go out to the families of these two women and all those in similar tragic situations. The time of the accident indicates a possibility of a drowsy driver, a situation which should always be avoided. If you or any of your loved ones are affected by the negligence of a driver, please contact Ron Kim Law. As always, we will make the law work for you.
